The National Amateur Individual Pool Championship forms for 2008 are now available. This is run by the EPA, held in Great Yarmouth, £5,200 prize fund for the Men, £2500 prize fund for the Ladies.

Mens is held on Thursday 2nd to Friday 3rd October 2008. Forms are due in by SUNDAY 7th SEPTEMBER 2008.

Ladies is held on Thursday & Friday 6 - 7th November 2008. Forms are due in by FRIDAY 10th OCTOBER 2008.

The 8 Ball Academy are pleased to announce the very first official 8 Ball Pool training courses, recognised by the English Pool Association.

Each course is three full days of instruction and demonstration, under the direction of head coach, Steve Daking. Discounted accommodation is available within easy reach of the venue, Miscues in Barnsley.

The Programme for the World Championship 20th June - 9th July 2008 is now available grouped into Mens & Ladies and Juniors, U21, Wheelchair and over 50's.

The EPA Champion of Champions is for Affiliated Leagues to send their champions to compete against the champions of other Leagues from across the nation.

Please kindly make sure you download a copy of the registration form, complete it, sign it and return it with the appropriate entry fees to Robert Uzzell no later than 13th June. This will allow up to 5 days of sign off time from our Chairman and up to 5 days of postage from us back to EPA.

Play for a share of the £21,000 prize fund and the title of World 8 Ball Pool Champion 2008. For full details, see the entry form.

The World Masters 2008 Final is held in Blackpool 5th/6th July with £21,000 guaranteed prize fund. 2x places will be made available to any registered Berkshire County card holder.

There will be a knock-out and the 2x top players will get there £40.00 entry fee paid and dependant on entries there travel and some accommodation money included. This is the same as last year.
