Berkshire Closed - whats the rules ?

Is the Berkshire closed on the 16th ?

Who can enter ?
What is the format ?
When can you enter (on the day ?)
Do you need to play for Berkshire or is an EPA card required ?

Berkshire Closed - whats the rules ?

* Date: 16th December 2007
* Venue: Chiswick Snooker Club
* Berkshire County Players who played 50% or more of the season's fixtures will be eligible.
* £5.00 entry fee per player
* Draw from 64 players, top 8 players in the A team are being seeded.
* B & C team players will get 1-frame handicap from an A team player.
* Ladies will get a 2-frame handicap from an A team player and 1-frame handicap from a B team player.
* Best of 7 frames.
* Plate competition, committee members' competition and ladies competition will be held on the day.

Not sure about entry on the day, will look into it.
