We drew, we shouldn’t have drawn. Many matches lost were the result of missing chance. Players were playing too safe and cautious.

Men C:
Won 24 v 20

We should have been 10 frames better than what the result was. We gave away games that we shouldn’t have. Good atmosphere on the day. 23 players in the squad but yet lucky if 13 turn up on the day. Players are not as reliable as we would have hoped.

Outstanding Performance: Neil Cameron & Carl James, both won 4 out of 4 games, Chris McKnight won 3 out of 4 games.

Ladies:
Lost 15 v 29

We did well in the first half, but slip from 3rd and the final quarters. A squad of 12 ladies turn up, so well done to all ladies. The Abrook ladies will attend the next county match.
